1. 蔡袁强的人物履历

1983年就读浙江大学土木系；1987年7月毕业于浙大土木系水工结构专业，同年考取岩土工程专业硕士研究生，1989年岩土工程硕士毕业；1990年参加工作，任浙江省建筑科学研究院助理工程师；1991年10月工作需要调回浙大土木系岩土工程研究所工作。1995～1998年在职攻读岩土工程专业博士学位，1996年5月起兼任浙江大学基本建设处副处长、总工程师。1996年12月晋升副教授，1998年6月获工学博士学位；1998年7月破格晋升教授。1999年博士生导师。1996.5～2002.9兼任浙江大学基本建设处副处长、总工程师，其中2001.12～2002.1到西班牙国家公共建筑研究所高访。2002.9～2006.5任浙江大学出版社社长，其中2004.4～2004.5获包氏基金资助到英国University of Nottingham高访。2006年6月任温州大学党委委员、副校长；2008年3月任温州大学校长、党委副书记；2015年7月任浙江工业大学校长、党委副书记。

 基础工程学、土动力学、地基处理。主持国家、省部及厅局级纵向项目10余项，作为项目负责人完成杭州钱塘江城市防洪堤地基液化稳定及抗震分析，解放路隧道工程，杭州市民中心基坑围护设计，千岛湖明珠花园37M厚度回填土强夯工程等大型重要工程的设计、监测、试验和咨询工作。代表性基础研究项目：1. 国家杰出青年基金 (No. 51025827): 饱和土动力学及其工程应用。2. 国家自然科学基金面上项目(No. 50979096)：浅源近场地震下饱和软粘土地基动力响应试验研究。3. 国家自然科学基金面上项目 (No. 50778136)：高速列车荷载作用下线路系统及饱和地基的动力响应研究。4. 国家人防办人防科研基金 (No. 113202- E80802)：爆炸荷载作用下地下结构动力响应及防护、隔震技术研究。5.霍英东青年教师基金 (No. 81067)：复合地基的动力性质及工程应用。 在《岩土工程学报》、《岩土力学》、《岩石力学与工程学报》、《力学学报》、《应用数学与力学》（英文版）、《固体力学学报》（英文版）以及《Soil Dynamic and Earthquake Engineering》、《Int.J.Numer. Anal.Meth. Geomech. 》、《Computers & Structures》、《International Journal of Solids and Structures》、《Computers and Geotechnics>>等国内外核心刊物和重要国际会议上录用和发表论文130余篇，其中SCI收录10余篇，EI收录约60篇。获得省部级以上奖励8项，其中国家科技进步二等奖1项。其中“地基中瑞利波传播特性研究及应用”获国家科技进步二等奖，“碎石桩加固粉砂性土地基研究及应用”获省科技进步二等奖，“砂石桩加固地基及质监系统研究”获教育部科技进步三等奖，“粉砂土地基 坝液化及稳定分析”获省科技进步二等奖。 1996年获浙江省青少年科技英才青年组一等奖；1998年获浙江省十大杰出青年称号；2000年入选浙江省跨世纪学术和科技带头人“151人才工程”第一层次。
